The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow Balance Offers. 5. Deadline For The Contract: 1). Delivery Of Subjects For 24 Months From The Date Of The Contract. 2). The Employer Allows The Possibility Of Changing The Date Of The Contract In The Event Of Failure To Fulfill The Entire Subject Of The Contract As A Result Of The Implementation Of Lower Orders During The Contract. The Amendment To The Contract Requires An Annex, Except That The Contracting Authority Unilaterally Notifies The Contractor Of The Proposed Extension Of The Contract Before The Deadline For Which It Was Concluded.
