Task 1: The Subject Of The Order Is The Demolition Of The Stodoła Building, Located On Journal Of Laws 4/14 In Grochowiska Szlacheckie, Rogowo Commune, Żniński Poviat (Inventory No. 02/0177). The Order Of The Order Includes, Among Others. Performing Works Around The Facilities - Preparation Of The Area And Its Marking, 2. Disassembly Of The Roof Covering Of Asbestos -Cement Plates And Their Utilization, 3. Execution Of Dismantling And Demolition Works: • Roof Demolition, • Demolition Of Walls, • Demolition Of Floors, • Demolition Of Foundation Elements, • Backfilling Of Excavations4. Equalization And Ordering Of The Area, 5. Implementation Of As-Built Geodetic Documentation And Submitting Its Registration Changes In The Relevant Poviat Starosty. The Detachment Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In The Design And Technical Documentation. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Project And Technical Documentation, Currently In Force By The Construction Law, The Act On Environmental Protection, The Act On Nature Protection, Other Applicable Law, Polish Norms And Construction Art. Within The Date From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract To The Date Of Transfer Of The Construction Site, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit To The Employer A Statement Of Threat Or Lack Of Threat To Protected Species And Their Habitats. In The Event Of A Threat, The Contractor Will Have To Perform A Natural Inventory At His Own Expense, Along With Obtaining Relevant Administrative Decisions And The Performance Of Possible Compensation Works. The Construction Site Will Be Handed Over In This Case After The Contractor Has Notified The Completion Of The Compensation Works Specified In The Competent Public Administration Body. The Contractor Is Obliged To Pay For The Contracting Authority For The Demolition Of Demolition Materials Obtained In The Amount Of Pln 24,601.00+ 23% Vat, Whose Value Was Determined On The Basis Of The Contracting Authority, Constituting The Attachment To Swztermin, The Order - Max. 45 Days From The Date Of Transfer Of The Demolition Area
