1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Centrifugal And Freezer In 2 Packages For Organizational Units Of The Gdańsk Medical University. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Consists Of The Following Packages, Described In Detail In Annex 3 To This Swz: Package 1 - Laboratory Vortex With Cooling - 1 Item The Contracting Authority Does Not Require The Offered Equipment To Be A Medical Device Due To The Fact That It Will Be Used Only For Scientific Purposes, To Work With Students. Therefore, The Contractor Should Apply A 23% Vat Rate To The Offered Product. 3. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Equipment Offered, Covered By The Subject Of The Contract: A) Should Be Factory -New, Free From All Defects And Damage, Without Prior Operation And Should Not Be Subject To The Rights Of Third Parties, B) It Was Produced After January 1, 2024, C) He Met All Standards Placed To Such Goods By Polish Law, D) He Had A Declaration Of Conformity Ce Or Ce Certificate, Confirming That The Products Are Replaced By Specific Standards Or Technical Specifications. The Contracting Authority Allows An Equivalent Document Issued By An Entity Based In Another Member State Of The European Economic Area. 4. The Contracting Authority Requires The Contractor: A) Grant The Offered Equipment Described In Annex 3 To Swz Warranty For A Period Of Min. 36 Months From The Date Of Signing By Both Parties The Delivery And Acceptance Report For The Package 1 Or Period Min. 24 Months From The Date Of Signing By Both Parties The Delivery And Acceptance Report For Package 2; (Package 2 - The Offered Warranty Period Is One Of The Criterion For Evaluation Of Offers In Accordance With Chapter Xiii And Should Be Given In The Offer Form.) B) Provided The Subject Of The Contract In Place Indicated By The Contracting Authority. Made, Unpacking, Assembly, Launching The Offered Subject Of The Contract And Trained Employees Of The Ordering Party In The Field Of Equipment Service. Model, Markings And Year Of Production According To The Material And Price Form, Constituting Annex 5 To Swz.5. Detailed Provisions Regarding The Performance Of Liabilities Relating To This Order Were Included In The Draft Contract - Annex 4 To Swz.
