The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Municipal Bitumen Roads By Laying A New Surface In The Commune Of Kowalewo Pomorskie In The Towns: Borówno, Kowalewo Pomorskie, Mariana, Mlevo, Ploczesy And Pruska Łąka, Aimed At Improving The Technical Parameters Of These Roads. Lot Length Of Sections - 4,455 M M2. The Work Of The Work Includes:- Renovation Of Cavities In The Existing Surface With Emulsion And Grits,- Cleaning Of The Surface,- Surface Layer Of Consolidation Of 5-8 Mm Basalt Emulsion And Grits,- Charging The Surface,- Surface Layer Of Consolidation Of Emulsion And Basalt Grits 2-5 Mm,- Surface Consolidation. Maintenance, Which Allows The Existing Surface Sealing. The Details Are Included In The Simplified Construction Design And Stwiorb (Part D - 05.03.08 - Double -Recorded Surface). 3. The Contractor Will Implement The Subject Of The Contract In The Scope And In The Manner Specified In The Construction Design And The Technical Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works As Well As In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Standards And Construction Art, As Well As The Guidelines Of The Employer As Well As Their Own Examination And Measurements Made In The Field. The Bill Of Quantities Should Be Verified And Treated As An Auxiliary Material To Determine The Salary. 4. To Perform The Ordered Construction Work, The Contractor Will Use His Own Materials That Meet The Requirements Specified In Art. 10 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418), The Contractor Is Obliged To Show At Each Request Of The Ordering Party Or Investor Supervision Inspector Certificates Of Certificates Compliance With The Polish Norm Or Technical Approval Of Each Product Used At The Construction Site. To Change The Materials Used To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Specified In The Project Documentation, Daily Works And Technical Specification Of The Performance And Acceptance Of Construction Works, The Written Consent Of The Ordering Party Is Absolutely Required. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure And Mark The Works And Take Care Of The Technical Condition And Correctness Of Marking Throughout The Duration Of The Task. 6. The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For Damages Caused During The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including For The Destruction Of Green Areas, Road Surfaces, Squares And Pavements, Damage In Real Estate Within The Range Of Impact Of The Works Performed, Which Should Be Included In Remuneration. 7. Before Starting Works, The Surface Should Be Thoroughly Cleaned Of Dust, Mud And Other Impurities Beyond The Crown Of The Road, Using Mechanical Equipment. 8. Surface Consolidation Can Be Performed When The Ambient Temperature Is Not Lower Than +10 Degrees C When Using Asphalt Cationic Emulsion And Not Lower Than +15 Degrees
