1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Thermomodernization Of A Residential And Multi -Family Building, Which Is A Resource Of Municipal Apartments Of The Wągrowiec Municipal Commune. The Facility Is Located At Ul. Kręta 24 In Wągrowiec. The Building Has 6 Municipal Apartments. The Scope Of Works Covered By The Order Should Be Carried Out On The Basis Of The Application For Construction Works, In Accordance With The Attached Technical Documentation2. As Part Of The Order, The Following Will Be Made: 1) Insulation Of The Facade Gr. Insulation 15Cm And Ceiling Above The Ground Floor Of The Building (Under An Unheated And Unusual Attic) Gr. Insulation 24Cm, 2) Painting Of The Facade, 3) Replacement Of External Doors, 4) Renovation Of Stairs And Balustrades Cladding, 5) Replacement Of Drain Pipes And Flashings, 6) Renovation / Replacement Of Lightning Protection System, 7) Renovation Of The Band Around The Building, 8) Dismantling And Re -Assembly Of Elements, As Well As Renovation And Replacement Of Facade Equipment (Installation Door, Szyldy Antennas, Blinds, Etc.), 9) Execution Of Construction Works Necessary To Install The Elements Of The Heating Installation Of The Apartments (Power Network, Radiators And Valves), 10) Delivery And Installation Of Central Heating Installation Elements, 11) Installation On Each Heater Radiator Compatible With The Heat Settlement System Used By The Building Manager, Which Is Used In Other Facilities. The Central Heating Will Be Powered From The Pec Wągrowiec Heating Network. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Includes In Particular: 1) Earthworks And Preparatory Works, Including The Required Marking And Informing The Tenants Of The Premises About Planned Works; 2) Construction - Assembly Works; 3) Finishing Works; 4) Ensuring Archaeological Supervision; 5) Removal Of All Collisions Encountered During Works; 6) Obtaining All Arrangements As Well As Final Acceptance Protocols From Network Managers, In Connection With The Works Carried Out On Them; 7) Obtaining Or Certificate Of A Lack Of Opposition To Pinbu To The Works Performed. 4. Giving A Warranty On The Performed Subject Of The Contract For A Period Equal To The Warranty Period, Which The Contractor Will Specify In The Offer Form. The Warranty Period Is An Additional Criterion For Evaluation Of Offers. The Employer Requires The Deadline In Full Months, With This Deadline To Be Shorter Than 60 Months. The Warranty Period Will Be Equal To The Warranty Period. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In Annex 10 To Swz - Technical Documentation. 6. Detailed Issues Regarding Activities And Obligations Under The Subject Of The Contract Were Regulated In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex 9 To Swz.
