    1. Subject Of The Contract.1.1 The Contractor Undertakes To Sell And Deliver To The Employer For Remuneration (Delivery), On The Principles Set Out In The Contract, Toilet Paper, Paper Towels And Kitchen Towels, Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Order. 1.2 Detailed Scope, Type, Parameters And Number Of Individual Elements Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes Annex 1 To The Specification That Is Available At The Address: Https: //Kopalniawiciczka.Ezamawycy.Pl.2. Delivery Conditions. 2.1 The Contractor On The Orders Of The Contracting Authority Undertakes To Sell And Provide The Subject Of The Contract Successively, In Parties, During The Duration Of The Contract, In A Maximum Of 48 Parties. The Contracting Authority Will Submit Orders By The Contractor By E -Mail. 2.2 The Quantity And Type Of Elements Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Will Be Sold And Delivered In One Party, Depends On The Needs Of The Ordering Party And Will Be Specified In The Written Order Referred To In Point 2.1.2.3 The Contractor Undertakes To Sell And Provide Elements Of The Subject Of The Contract Within 7 Business Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Order From The Ordering Order Orders The Contractor Will Notify The Ordering Party By Phone Or E -Mail, No Later Than One Day Before The Required Delivery Date. 2.5 Place Of Delivery - Mine Mine Wieliczka S.A., 32 - 020 Wieliczka, Kingi Park 1.2.6 Hours Of Delivery Is Set On Working Days From Monday To Friday From 7:00 To 13:00 To 13: 00.2.7 The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Subject Of The Contract At Its Cost And On Its Own.
