    1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of An Architectural And Building Inventory Of Preserved Objects Of The Closed Technological Sequence Of The Former Mine Boiler Room Used For The Production Of Steam And Heat For The Mining Complex Of The Former Kwk Ignacy In Niewiadom Together With The Performance Of Construction And Construction Expertise. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz) Includes Annex 1 To Swz. In Addition, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Contract, In Accordance With The Template Of The Contract, Which Is Annex 8 To Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract Template). 3. Orders Include The Optional Order In The Scope Referred To In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) In Point 2 And In Table 2 In Point 3.5 Of The Description Constituting Annex 1 To Swz.3.1) The Order Carried Out Under The Option Is The Unilateral Right Of The Ordering Party, Therefore Not Using The Opportunity By The Contracting Authority Does Not Constitute Grounds For The Contractor To Claim Any Claims In Relation To The Contracting Authority; 3.2) The Order Covered By The Option Law The Contractor Will Be Obliged After Receiving The Notification From The Employer That He Intends To Use The Right Option. The Employer Will Transfer The Notification About The Implementation Of The Option, At The Latest On The Day Of Signing The Contract Regarding The Basic Order. The Lack Of Such A Notification Within The Above Period Means That The Contracting Authority Does Not Use The Option.
