1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity (Delivery And Distribution Service) To The Facilities Indicated In Annex 1 To Swz In Accordance With The Act Of April 10, 1997 Energy Law. The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Increase The Number Of Energy Consumption Points Referred To In Annex 1 (As Part Of The Same Tariff Groups). Settlement Of Additional Pickup Points Will Take Place According To The Original Part Of The Order And At The Same Unit Prices And The Same Billing Rate. The Contractor Is Obliged To Balance Commercial, By Settling The Non -Asian For Arising Between The Reported Volume Of Energy Under The Contract, And Actually Purchased Electricity During The Settlement Periods, As Part Of The Agreed Price For The Electricity Sold By The Electricity Of The Ordering Party. 2. In The Event Of A Change In The Current Entity Supplying The Employer Electricity, The Contractor Undertakes To Complement The Provisions That He Impose On The Employer At That Time And Incurred All Possible Costs In This Respect. The Performance Of Such An Obligation Will Take Place Before The Start Of The Contract.
