Tenders Are Invited For Conducting An English Language Course

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is: Conducting An English Course And Preparation For Exams At Level I 1111 And Level Ii 2222 Of Soldiers Of The 21St Podhale Brigade In Rzeszów (Hereinafter Referred To As: 21 Bsp) And The 18Th Sapper Regiment In Nisko, In Accordance With The Content Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 5 To Swz. 2. The Courses Will Take Place In The 21St Bsp In Rzeszów And In 18 Psaps In Nisko. 3. Language Courses Referred To In Para. 1 Will Be Taken In The Second Semester 2025/2026 On The Following Dates: 1) English Language Course And Preparation For Exams At The Level I 1111 For Two Training Groups (10-15 People In The Group)-From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, But Not Earlier Than From 15.09.2025 To 30.01.2026; 2) English Language And Preparation For Exams At One Group Training (10-15 People In The Group)-From The Date Of The Contract, But Not Earlier Than From 15.09.2025 To 30.01.2026; 4. The Employer Informs That The Courses Referred To Above Will Include 1770 Lesson Hours (Say: One Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy). For 1 Lesson Hour, 45 Minutes Should Be Understood. 5. As Part Of The Course At Level I 1111, The Employer Provides 590 Lesson Hours Within One Training Group - A Total Of 1180 Lessons Under Level I 1111. 6. As Part Of The Course At Level Ii 2222, The Employer Provides 590 Lesson Hours As Part Of One Training Group - A Total Of 590 Lessons Under Level Ii 2222. 7. The Contracting Authority Determines The Following Number Of Training Groups: 1) At Level I English - 2 Training Groups In The Second Semester, 2) At Level Ii English - 1 Training Group In The Second Semester - A Total Of 3 Training Groups In Total. 8. Classes Will Be Conducted On Weekdays (From Monday To Friday) Between 7.30Am - 14:30, In The Dimension Of 7 Lessons Per Day. In Exceptional Situations, The Possibility Of Taking Classes On Saturdays In The Same Time Dimension Is Allowed. This Also Applies To The Inability To Conduct Or Undergo Classes (Lectures) Within The Time Limit Resulting From The Schedule. 9. The Ordering Party, Pursuant To Art. 95 Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, Requires Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Contract Of Persons Performing The Activities Of The Leading Teacher And Auxiliary Lector Throughout Their Duration. 10. During The Execution Of The Order, The Employer Is Practiced To Perform Inspection Activities Towards The Contractor Regarding His Or Subcontractors Employment Requirement Under The Employment Contract Of Persons Performing Actions In Paragraph 9 The Contracting Authority Is Entitled In Particular To: 1) Demands Of Statements And Documents Regarding Confirmation Of The Fulfillment Of The Abovementioned Requirements And Assessment Of Them, 2) Claims Claims In Case Of Doubt In The Scope Of Confirmation Of Compliance With The Abovementioned Requirements, 3) Conducting Inspections At The Place Of Performance Of The Benefit. 11.
