The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of Project Documentation Together With The Authors Supervision For The Task Entitled Development Of Project Documentation For The Needs Of The Reconstruction Of Poviat Roads No. 2139Z And No. 2135Z In The Town Of Cychry, Dębno Commune. The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Divided Into Two Stages: 1) Development And Transfer Of Project Documentation To The Employer, I.E. A Preliminary Construction Project (Conceptual Design) Or A Construction Project To Obtain A Building Permit (In The Study Phase). Documentation Should Consist Of Formal And Technical Parts, Without Approval Or Opinions Required To Obtain A Building Permit2) Obtaining And Transferring A Building Permit To The Employer. 3. The Investment Covers The Following Sections Of Poviat Roads: 1) Road No. 2139Z In Mileage From Km 3+069 (Intersection With Dk23) To Km 5+095 (For Railway Crossing) Located On Plots Of 457, 415/8 Of The Cowy. The Subject Of The Contract Does Not Include The Reconstruction Of The Railway Crossing. 2) Road No. 2135Z In A Mileage From Km 6+057 (Intersection Of Dp2139z) To Km 6+210 (Railway Crossing) Located On The Plot Number 415/12 Obrębi Cychry). The Subject Of The Contract Does Not Include The Reconstruction Of The Railway Crossing. 4. The Total Approximate Length Of The Sections Of Both Roads Covered By The Investment Is About 2.2 Km. 5.
