    1. The Subject Of The Procedure And Contract Is The Selection Of A Contractor In The Scope Of The Supply Of Centrifuges, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Initiative Of Excellence - Research University Program, For The Jagiellonian University - Collegium Medicum In Krakow, Respectively In Relation To One To Two Parts Of The Contract. Jagiellonian University Based On Contract No. 06/Idub/2019/94 Concluded Between The Ministry Of Science And Higher Education And The Jagiellonian University On 16.12.2019.1.2 Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Annulment Of The Proceedings In Question, If The Public Funds That The Employer Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract, Were Not Granted To Him. 1.3 Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Specifying The Functions, Technical Parameters, Required And Additionally Scoring Are Included In Attachment A And B To The Offer Form, I.E. Functions, Technical Parameters And Additional Terms, Constituting An Integral Part Of Swz And Entries Of Points 5) Swz, Which Also Present The Scope And Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. This Description Should Be Read Along With Possible Changes In Swz Content, Which, For Example, The Result Of The Answers To The Questions Of Contractors.1.4 The Contracting Authority Requires That All The Elements Proposed By The Contractor Be Compatible With Each Other Ensure Full Functionality Without The Need For Additional Investments From The Contracting Authority. 1.5 The Subject Of The Contract Was Divided Into Two Parts: 1.5.1 Part 1 - Wirówka With Cooling 2 - Miniwirówka - 1 Piece. 2.
