Systems And Technical Consultancy Services – Data Acquisition From The Air Measuring Stations In Oslo.. The Agency For Urban Environment Is Responsible For Monitoring Local Air Quality In Oslo. This Follows Both By Delegated Authorities According To The Pollution Regulation Chapter 7 On Local Air Quality And By The Agency For Urban Environment Being Transferred Responsibility For Environmental Monitoring Related To Environmental Health Care. In 2022, The Agency For Urban Environment Has Entered Into A Cooperation Agreement With The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, So That The Agency For Urban Environment Is Now Responsible For Following-Up All Air Measurements Carried Out By The Public In Oslo. There Are Currently 17 Air Measuring Stations In Oslo. One Of The Measuring Stations Has A Separate Data Acquisition System, This Means That 16 Measuring Stations Will Be Included In This Contract In Accordance With The Current Status. This Procurement Is A Service Contract And Comprises Data Acquisition From Oslo Municipality ́S Aerial Measurements. The Data Shall Be Transferred To A Central Database At The Norwegian Environment Agency Luftmålinger. The Data Shall Then Be Transferred In The Correct Format As Specified By The Norwegian Environment Agency, And With Satisfactory Quality As Specified By The Norwegian National Reference Laboratory For Air Quality Measurements (Reflab). Thus, This Procurement Shall Contribute To Ensuring That Data Connected To The Official Measurements Of Air Pollution In Oslo Satisfies Quality Requirements In The National Quality System For Measuring Air Quality (M-39/20141 Including Updates).
