Sewage, Refuse, Cleaning And Environmental Services - Public Tender Reg. Sorting And Marketing Large Flammable From Recycling Sites For Redux - Waste And Recycling. The Offering Of This Agreement Includes Receipt, Sorting And Marketing Of Large Combustible Combustible, Which Is Collected From The Five (5) Recycling Sites In The Form Of, Among Other Things. Furniture, Blankets And Mattresses. The Waste Fraction Will Predominantly Consist Of Incinerated Waste, Of Which The Fraction Will Also Contain Non-Combusted Elements That The Tenderer Must Sort Out. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Transport Of The Waste Fraction To The Receiving Plant Specified By The Tenderer. The Contracting Entity Will Either Or Via A Third Party Deliver The Waste Fraction Via Their Own Container Transport. After The Tenderers Receipt Of The Fraction, The Purpose Of The Sorting Is That Elements Contained In The Fraction, Which Can Be Defined During The Waste Hierarchy As Suitable For Recycling, Preparation For Recycling Or Recycling, Must Be Sold Accordingly. Therefore, The Collected Quantity Of Large Combustible Flammable Must Be Treated By The Tenderer As Waste Intended For Recycling Or Better In Accordance With Sections 12, 48 And 49 Of The Waste Ordinance And In Accordance With The Environmental Protection Act. The Sorted Part Of The Fraction, Which Cannot Be Categorized As Waste Intended For Recycling Or Better, Must At Least Be Treated As Waste Intended For Other Recovery Such As Energy Utilization, In Accordance With Sections 12, 48 And 49 Of The Waste Ordinance And In Accordance With The Environmental Protection Act. After The Sorting Of The Waste Fraction, The Tenderer Must Carry Out Further Sales, Including Transport, Of Both The Sorted Non-Combusted Elements And The Sorted Incinerated Waste. The Waste Fraction Is Collected At The Recycling Sites As Large Combustible From Both Business And Private. The Contracting Entity Does Not Make Sorting Or Cleaning Of The Collected Waste Fraction Prior To Being Transferred To The Tenderer. Contractors Employees Carry Out Ongoing Visual Control Of The Waste Fraction And In This Regard Exceeds Any Major Error Sortings And The Like, But The Tenderer Must Accept Up To 5 % Error Sortings Per Year.
