Natural Gas - A Comprehensive Supply Of High -Man -Type Natural Gas For The Needs Of The Rzezawa Commune And Its Organizational Units. 1. The Subject Of This Contract Is The Performance Of A Comprehensive Supply Of High -Man -Type Natural Gas For The Needs Of The Rzezawa Commune And Its Organizational Units For Facilities Indicated In Annex No. 1 To Swz. Gas Delivery Will Take Place On The Basis Of A Contract Containing Provisions For The Facilities Indicated In Annex No. 1 To Swz. Gas Delivery Will Take Place On The Basis Of A Contract Concluding The Provisions Of The Sales Agreement And The Agreement For The Provision Of Gas Transmission Or Distribution Services (Comprehensive Agreement) And Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Energy Law, Civil Code And Executive Provisions Issued On Their Basis. 2.
