The Supplied Equipment Must Be New, Unused, In Original Factory Packaging. The Supplied Equipment Must Be Equipped With All The Necessary Elements Or Accessories Necessary For Its Normal Operation According To The Specification. In The Event Of The Stopping Of The Production Of The Offered Equipment During The Procedure, Due To The Introduction Of New Technologies, Equipment With The Same Or Better Characteristics Must Be Delivered. The Minimum Warranty Period Of The Equipment Included In This Order Is 24 Months. The Delivery Time Of The Equipment Is Up To 180 Calendar Days From The Date Of Registration Of The Contract In The Office Of The Contracting Authority. The Payment Is Made In Accordance With The Clauses Of The Performance Contract.
