    Wide Area Network Services - Cpd Connection Service Of The Nfz Headquarters And Voivodship Branches Of The National Health Fund With A Spare Wan, And Providing Access To The Internet Together With Anti -Ddosh Protection. 1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Cpd Service Of The Nfz Headquarters And Voivodship Branches Of The National Health Fund With A Spare Wan, And Providing Access To The Internet With Anti -Ddos Protection. 2. Launching The Cpd Connection Of The Nfz Headquarters And Voivodship Branches Of The National Health Fund With A Spare Wan Reserve And Launch Of The Internet Connection With Anti -Ddos Protection Must Take Place On November 20, 20125, And If The Connection Was Not Possible Within This Period, It Should Take Place No Later Than Within 12 Weeks From The Date Of The Contract. 3. Maintaining The Cpd Connection Of The Nfz Headquarters And Voivodship Branches Of The National Health Fund With A Spare Wan, And Providing Access To The Internet Along With Anti -Ddos Protection Within 36 Months From The Date Of Launching The Service Indicated In The Reception Report. 4. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes Annex 1 To The Specification. 5. The Manner Of Execution Of The Order Is Set Out In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 2 To The Specification. 6. The Purchaser Does Not Provide For The Awarding Of Contracts Pursuant To Art. 305 In Connection With Art. 214 Para. 1 Points 7 And 8 Of The Pzp Act.
