    Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services - Total Counseling - Expansion Of The Laboratory Center At Vejle Hospital. The Total Advisory Contract Relates To The Extension Of The Laboratory Center At Vejle Hospital Consisting Of Review And Extension Of Building B For The Establishment Of Extended Laboratory Facilities And Including Production Facilities In The Form Of Hospital Pharmacy With Cytostatics Production. The B-Building Must Be Rebuilt On Floor 4 And Added To 2 Floors, Floor 6 And 7 And A Engineering House (B180). The Production Pharmacy Must Accommodate Storage Facilities And Production Premises For The Completion Of Medicines (Cytostatics). The Production Rooms Are Considered As A Clean Room Facilities And Must Therefore Be Validated Gmp. The Construction Case Includes Approx. 2,600 M2 Extension (New Floors Etc.) And Approx. 1,300 M2 Remodeling, Excluding Any Redevelopment Of Building C. The Tendered Total Counseling Task Includes, In The Main Feature, Implementation Of User Process, Preparation Of Construction Program, Design Management, Preparation Of Outline Proposals, Project Proposals, Government Project, Tender Project, Execution Project, Project Follow -Up, Building Management, Construction, Occupational Health And Safety Coordination, Management And Validation.
