1.1. Contracting Of A Company To Provide Services And Application Of The Theoretical And Practical Course Of Acls- Advanced Life Support In Cardiology, Being Minimum Load Of 16 Hours, For 16 Students, From Thursday To Sunday, Divided Into Two Classes In Which The Following Topics Will Be Addressed: Noninvasive Control Of Airway And Electric Therapy, Airway Recognition, Heart Arrhythmias, Bls/Dea, Respiratory Emergency, Respiratory Emergency, Fv/Tv Without Pulse, Tachycardias, Bradycardia, Assistolia, Aesp, Coronary Syndromes And Stroke, With Supply Of Attached Material And Descriptive. 2. Proposal Acceptance Criteria 2.1. In The Proposed Amounts, All Operating Costs, Social Security Charges, Labor, Tax, Commercials And Any Others That Directly Or Indirectly, Such As Labor, Indemnity, Accidents, Transportation, Rates And Taxes Of Any Nature, Shall Be Included. 2.2. The Courses Must Be Carried Out Using The Contractors Own Equipment And Infrastructure, Compatible With The Courses To Be Taken; 2.3. The Courses Should Be Taught In The Face -To -Face Mode, According To The Current Guidelines Of The American Heart Association; 2.4. The Contractor Must Have Audiovisual Resources, Mannequins, Defibrillators And Other Equipment Necessary For The Course; 2.5. The Execution Period Of The Courses Shall Occur At A Date To Be Set With The Contracting Party; 2.6. The Term Of The Contract Is Six (6) Months From The Date Indicated In The Contract. 3.
