    Quotation are invited for Privileged Access Management (PAM) & Remote Support RS Solutions. Bids Submission From Wed, 27-Aug-2025 11:00 AM To Wed, 03-Sep-2025 03:00 PM The objective of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to procure and implement BeyondTrusts Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Remote Support (RS) solutions to enhance the UAEUs security posture, ensuring compliance and administrative & operational efficiency. The proposed solution should provide secure, centralized management of privileged credentials and enable controlled, audited remote support to the UAEU community. BeyondTrusts PAM platform is expected to deliver key core capabilities of PAM including password vaulting, automated password rotation, session recording, just-in-time access and real-time threat analytics, while also supporting compliance. BeyondTrusts Remote Support platform is expected to deliver key core capabilities of RS including centrally managing and securing remote access for service desk IT administrators, session management with industry-standard encryption, compliance with TLS 1.3, and secure privileged account handling. Both the proposed solutions should be scalable, secure and highly available that integrates seamlessly with UAE Universitys existing IT environment. The solution must integrate seamlessly with the existing identity infrastructure (Ping SSO/On Premise Active Directory), ticketing systems (ServiceNow), and security monitoring tools (Splunk SIEM) to ensure a unified and policy-driven approach to privileged access and remote support.
