Tenders are invited for Construction of 1no. 3-Unit Classroom Block, Four (4) Seater Kvip Toilet with Girls Changing Room and 2-Unit Urinal Closing Date: 18th September, 2025 Price of Tender Document: Gh¢500.00 No. of Lots: 1 Tender Description: Construction of 1No. 3-Unit Classroom Block, Four (4) Seater KVIP Toilet with Girls Changing Room and 2-Unit Urinal Additional Information: The Gushegu Municipal Assembly intends to apply part of its share of the District Assemblies Common Fund (DACF) to cover eligible payment for Works whose requirements are indicated in the Table below 2. The Municipal Assembly now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Contractors (D3K3 and above) for the Construction of the works as indicated in the table above. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended by Act 914 of 2016. 3. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Procurement Unit Office from 10:00 hours to 17:00 hours GMT during working days. 4. Tender documents may be purchased at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢ 500.00). Tenderers are advised to use the address stated below for obtaining information, inspection and purchase of Tender Document. 5. Tenderers must submit their tender with the following documents: a.
