Request for proposals for Design & Build Contractor for The World Bank Group Office at Aerocity New Delhi, India. Issue Date and Time: Aug 25,2025 12:00 Closing Date and Time: Sep 15,2025 12:00 The World Bank Group (WBG) requires the services of a qualified General Contractor (GC) to undertake comprehensive Design and Build works for the WBGs newly leased office space in Worldmark 4, Aerocity New Delhi, India. The leased premises include 43,000 Sft of interior area, supplemented by 13,000 Sft of outdoor terrace space. The selected GC will be responsible for delivering integrated design, fit-out, and construction services in line with the WBGs workplace standards, local codes & regulations, best sustainable standard etc. all in line with the project timeline.
