This requires the successful supplier to issue an invoice and deduct the source tax at a later date. · The Rural Women Development Association is not obligated to award the contract with the lowest bid . · Quotations that are incomplete, do not meet the minimum terms and requirements, or are received after the specified deadline will be rejected. · The receipt and delivery of quotations must be documented in the official receipt and delivery records at the associations headquarters . · The publishing and advertising fees for this bid are covered by the company to which the bid is awarded. · The Rural Women Development Association reserves the right to divide the price offer, cancel it, or cancel some of its items without giving reasons.
