The Mauritius National Assemblyis inviting bids from eligible bidders of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius through the Government eProcurement System for Repairs to Balcony and Roof for Old Parliament House Port Louis. 2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: MAURITIUSASSEMBLY/IFB/2025/1 3. Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest as mentioned in the Key Activity Schedule. 4. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids as per the Key Activity Schedule. 5. Bids will be opened online in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder as per the Key Activity Schedule. Ground Floor, Committee Room No. 1 National Assembly, Port Louis. 6. Clarifications may be requested not later than fourteen (14) days prior to the deadline for submission of bids. The Employer will reply to all queries online not later than seven (7) days prior to the bid submission date. 7. A Pre-Bid Meeting and a Site Visit is scheduled on Monday 01st September 2025 at 13.30 hours at the National Assembly, Ground Floor, Committee Room No. 1, Port Louis. 8. The Mauritius National Assemblyreserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
