Delivery And Installation Of An Ultra-Stable Microwave Source Based On Optical Frequency Conversion From An Optical Oscillator.. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Ultra -Stable Microwave Source Based On The Optical Frequency Conversion From The Optical Oscillator Along With Its Installation, Starting And Training Of Cbk Employees. It Will Include A Stable Semiconductor Laser, A Stabilized Optical Recess And An Optical Comb With Ultra Low Phase Noise With A Module That Allows The Conversion Of Optical Signals To Radio. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) Was Described In Annex 2 To Swz. It Is Required To Meet All, Specified In Opz (Annex 2 To Swz), Technical And Utility Parameters Of The Order. Failure To Meet The Offered Subject Of The Order, Any Parameter Gives The Ordering Party The Basis For Rejecting The Offer. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery Of An Ultra-Stable Microwave Source Based On Optical Frequency Conversion From An Optical Oscillator, Together With Its Installation, Commissioning And Training Of Cbk Employees. It Is To Consist Of A Stable Semiconductor Laser, A Stabilized Optical Cavity And An Optical Comb With Ultra-Low Phase Noise Toogether With A Module For The Conversion Of Optical Signals To Rf. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) Is Description In Annex No. 2 To The Sct. It Is Required That All The Technical And Performance Parameters Specified In The Opz (Annex No 2 To The Sct) Are Met. Failure To Meet Any Of The Parameters By The Offered Item Provides The Procuring Party With Grounds To Reject The Offer.
