The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery And Assembly Of The Robotic System For The Central Operating Block Of The Provincial Hospital In Bielsko-Biała, Ul. Armii Krajowej 101, 43-316 Bielsko-Biała As Part Of The Task: Improving The Quality And Availability Of Highly Specialized Urological Oncology Benefits Through The Purchase Of Medical Equipment And Apparatus As Well As Modernization And Reconstruction Of The Urology And Urological Oncology Department Implemented Under The National Plan Of Reconstruction And Increasing Resistance-Component D Efficiency, Availability And Quality Of Healthcare System D1.1.1 Development And Modernization Of The Infrastructure Of Highly Specialized Care Centers And Other Medical Entities, Such As Specified In Annex 2 To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract, Hereinafter Referred To As Swz, Meeting The Quality Parameters Specified In Annex 2 To Swz And On The Conditions Specified In Annex 2 To Swz And In The Provisions 4 To Swz. 2. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract With Transport, Unloading And Installation Will Take Place At The Contractors Expense And Risk. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Is Co -Financed Under The National Plan Of Reconstruction And Increase Markness - Component D Efficiency, Availability And Quality Of The Healthcare System Investment D1.1.1 Development And Modernization Of Infrastructure Of High -Socialist Care Centers And Other Medical Entities.
