Repair, Maintenance And Associated Services Of Vehicles And Related Equipment-Service Agreement With The Object: Operating Services, Interventions And Repairs Of The Bike-Sharing System Alba Iulia Velocity. Alba Iulia Municipality Has Implemented The Projects “Rehabilitation Of The Major Urban Public Transport Infrastructure In The Municipality Of Alba Iulia” Lots I And Ii, Within These Projects Being Purchased And Installed 6 Energy Stations With 60 Mechanical Intelligent Bicycles And 12 Electrically Connected Stations With 240 Intelligent Electric Bicycles. The Bike -Sharing System Contains The Following Main Components: - Smart Bicycle Loading Terminals / Energy Access Panels; - Bicycle Takeover And Teaching Stations; - Smart Bicycles Provided With On -Board Computer; - Operating Center With Integrated Hardware System And Management And Communications Software; The Object Of This Purchase Is The Provision Of Operating, Interventions And Repair Services Of The Bike-Sharing System In The Municipality Of Alba Iulia. The Operating Services Represent All The Activities Necessary To Ensure The Efficient And Sustainable Functioning Of The System. The Intervention And Repair Services Represent All The Necessary Activities For The Repair And Commissioning Of The Equipment And Equipment That Are Compared To The Bike-Sharing System, To Ensure The Continuous, And Efficient Functioning Of The System. The Maintenance Services That Will Be Executed, Throughout The Warranty Period, By The Supplier Of Equipment And Equipments That Come Into The Composition Of The Bike-Sharing System Are Not The Subject Of This Procurement. The Services Of Interventions And Repairs That Are The Subject Of The Guarantee And Which Will Be Executed, For The Entire Duration Of The Guarantee Period, By The Supplier Of The Equipment And Equipments That Are Compared To The Bike-Sharing System Are Not The Subject Of This Procurement. The Bidders Will Propose A Detailed Methodological Framework Through Working Procedures, For The Operation Of The System As Well As For The Activities It Will Carry Out, Taking Into Account The Object Of The Purchase. The Contracting Authority Will Make Available To The Winner/Service Provider The Available Technical Documents That Accompany The Respective System In Accordance With Gd 907/2016 (Technical Memories With Functional Description, Technical Sheets, Technical Specifications, Etc.). The Services Provided By The Provider For The Proper Exploitation Of The Bike-Sharing System, In Accordance With The Manufacturers Prescriptions, To Ensure Continuity In Operation And The Availability Of Bicycles For Users, The Operating Services, Interventions And Repairs Of The System Are Required. The Services Provided By The Provider Will Include At Least The Following Services: 1. The Administration And Operation Of The Servers Of The Bike-Sharing System; 2..
