    Banking Services-Non-Cash Payments In The National Tax Administration Units And The Treasury E-System System. 2.1 The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of The Service In The Scope Of: 2.1.1 Of The Service And Lease Of Payment Terminals And The Service In The Field Of Handling And Settlement Of Transactions Paid With Payment Instruments Using Terminals, 2.1.2 Handling Of Non -Cash Payments Using Payment Cards, Their Authorization And Service In The Scope Of Processing And Accounting For Transactions Under The E -Office System. 2.2 The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Together With The Terms Of The Service Provision Was Specified In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu) And Attachments To The Ppu. 2.3 The Purchaser Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Right Of Options (Hereinafter Option), Specified In § 1 Para. 5 Ppu. The Contracting Authority Can Use The Option In Whole Or In Part. In The Event Of Failure To Use The Option, The Employer Does Not Bear Responsibility For The Contractor In Connection With The Non -Performance Of The Option. The Implementation Of The Option Will Be Launched By The Ordering Party, If He Has A Reasonable Need To Carry Out Activities Falling Within The Scope Of The Options. If The Contracting Authority Fails To Take Advantage Of The Contractors Option, No Claims Are Entitled To. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Contract In Terms Of Options Under Conditions Resulting From Ppu.
