Street-Lighting Maintenance Services-Operation Of Road Lighting Devices In The City Of Wałbrzych Owned By The Ordering Party. 1.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Operation Of Road Lighting Devices In The City Of Wałbrzych, Which Owned The Ordering Party In The Amount Of 3,701 Light Points. 1.2. All Material And Necessary Equipment To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Obliged To Provide The Contractor. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have The Necessary Supply Of Spare Parts Enabling The Liquidation Of Failures In Street Lighting Devices. 1.3. Materials From Disassembly Not Suitable For Reuse Should Be Used In Accordance With The Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws 2013.1587, As Amended). 1.4. As Part Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Create An Ambulance Of A Disposal Road Lighting 24 Hours A Day (Applies To Emergency Cases). 1.5. The Contractor, Chosen Through An Open Tender For The Operation Of Road Lighting Devices, Is Responsible For The Technical Condition And Safe Functioning Of All Lighting Devices Installed In This Area And Bears All Consequences For Failure To Meet The Above Requirements, Including Legal Consequences In Cases Where Improper Exploitation Poses A Threat To Health And Human Life Or Causes An Accident. (Does Not Apply To Random Events Not Resulting From The Contractor). 1.6. Due To Maintaining The Homogeneity Of Lighting Fixtures On The Streets And The Behavior Of Lighting Parameters, It Is Advisable To Use: 1. If The Manufacturers Name, Trademark, Patent Or Origin In Relation To Specific Materials, Devices, Etc. Have Been Indicated In Swz Or Any Other Document. The Equivalence Of Used Products, Materials And Devices Will Be Subject To Examination And Evaluation. The Burden Of Proving That The Material (Product, Device) Is Equivalent To The Requirement Specified By The Employer Rests With The Contractor. In This Case, The Contractor Must Submit, Together With The Offer, The Completed Annex 8A - In The Case Of Equivalence Of Led Luminaires, Annex 8B - In The Case Of Equivalence Of Sodium Luminaires Or Annex 8A And 8B In The Case Of Equivalence Of Led Luminaires And Sodium Luminaires, Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Equivalence Conditions Required By The Contracting Authority.
