The Contracting Authority Requires That The Contractor Read In Detail With The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Interior And Administration Of September 29, 2021. Amending The Regulation On The Uniforms Of Firefighters Of The State Fire Service (Journal Of Laws Of 2023 Item 2530), The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Not Collect Subjects Of The Contract Incompatible With The Regulations Referred To Above. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Offered Subject Of The Contract Specified In Annex 1.2 To Swz Should Be Factory -New, Previously Not Used By Another Entity And Produced Not Earlier Than 2025. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Contract Using Their Own Tools (Including Transport Employees). The Costs Of Transport, Submitting, Packaging, Insurance During Transport Are Borne By The Contractor. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Principles Of Modern Knowledge, Applicable Regulations And Standards. The Landlord Does Not Provide For Advances. Payment For The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Take Place In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract, Contained In Annex Iv To Swz, After The Contract Was Executed And The Contracting Authority Signed The Acceptance Protocol Without Reservation.
