1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of Construction Works Involving The Modernization Of The External Lighting Of The Municipal Park In Stare Babice On The Property Marked As Registration Plots No. 641/3, 641/2, 638/6, 639/2, 640/4, 636, 633/14, 633/13, 633/8, 633/18, 633/21 0001, Stare Babice. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) Replacement Of The Existing Lighting Posts In The Representative Part With New Ones; 2) Replacement Of The Remaining Existing Posts Illuminating The Alerts With Park Type Lanterns; 3) Installation Of Luminaires Illuminating Green And Small Architecture (Bridges, Bridges); 4) Performing All Works Resulting From This Contract With The Highest Care For The Existing In The Municipal Park In The Municipal Park Low And High, As Well Park Infrastructure (Small Architecture Objects) And Mineral, Bituminous, Pace And Grassy Surfaces. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Is Described In Detail In The Project Documentation, I.E. In The Executive Project, A Predetermination Of Works, Technical Specifications Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works By Rs-System Sp. Z O.O. (Ul. Ogrodowa 3E, 05-816 Michałowice), Constituting Annex 12 To Swz. The Employer Has A Certificate Of The Warsaw West Staroste Ab.6743.285.2025.Ds Of 25 April 2025 On The Lack Of Grounds For Objected To Reporting Construction Works. 4. If The Contractor Offers Solutions That Do Not Directly Confess To Reference Standards And The Requirements Described In Opz-The Contracting Authority Requires Proving In The Offer, In Particular By Means Of The Means Of Evidence Referred To In Articles 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Proposed Solutions Are Equivalent To Equivalent To The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.
