1. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Reconstruction Of The 7Th Floor Of An Office Building At Ul. Mickiewicza 15 In Ełk For The Needs Of The Provincial Disability Adjudication Team, Consisting In Particular In: 1) Demolition Of Part Of The Partition Walls, 2) Dismantling Of Interior Doors And Enlargement Of Door Openings, 3) Dismantling The Existing Electrical Installation, Closed Devices And Wiring, 4) Dismantling Radiators And Their Re -Assembly, 5) Dismantling Of The Floor, 5). Removal Of Plasters, 6) Dismantling Of Internal Window Sills And Window Grilles, 7) Making Partition Walls, Inserting Internal Door Joinery, 8) Execution Of Sanitary Installations, 9) Making Electrical Installations, 10) Making Air Conditioning Installations, 11) Making Floors And Finishing Walls And Ceilings. 2. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex 8.1-8.4 To Swz.3. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Contract To The Extent Specified In The Bill Of Quantities In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Technical Specifications Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works-Annexes No. 6.1-6.4 And 7.1-7.4 To Swz.4. Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Or Works Of Works May Indicate For Some Materials, Products, Equipment Components Or Trademarks Or Origin. The Employer Allows The Offer Of Materials, Products, Equipment Elements And Equivalent Devices In Relation To The Technical Specifications Indicated In The Project Documentation, The Performance And Receipt Of Works Or The Bill Of Quantities, Provided That They Guarantee The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Obtained Decisions, Ensure Obtaining Parameters At Least At The Same Level As In The Same Level As Assumed In The Project Documentation, Technical Specifications And The Acceptance Of Works Or Bill Of Quantities And Will Not Be Worse In Terms Of: 1) Usable Character Understood As The Identity Of The Function, 2) Technical Parameters Understood As Strength And Durability, 3) Safety Of Use. 5. In Any Case, When The Employer At Swz Refers To Norms, European Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, Equivalent To The Described Solutions Are Allowed. 6. All Materials And Products Used During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Must Be New And Have A Certificate Allowing For Use In Construction. 7. The Device Provided By The Contractor As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Device And Equipment Elements Must Be Factory -Free, Free Of Technical Defects, Approved For Trading And Use, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In Swz.8. Works Related To The Performance Of The Subject Of The Order Characterized By Special Nuisance (Work Of High Noise) Must Be Carried Out Between 17:00 And 6:00 On Weekdays And Around The Clock On Non -Working Days. 9.
