Tenders Are Invited For Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road In Zalesie Wielki On Plot No. 19/1

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road In Zalesie Wielki On Plot No. 19/1 In Accordance With The Assumptions And Guidelines Specified In The Bill Of Quantities. The Work Of The Work Includes In Particular:- Selection Of The Road Route In The Field,- Mechanical Purification Of Bituminous Road Surfaces,- Surface Consolidation Of The Surface By Twice Scathers Of Stone Grits 2-5 Mm,- Surface Consolidation Of The Pavement By Scattering 5-8 Mm Stone Grits Twice. As Part Of The Contract, The Order Also Includes:- Ensure, Install And Dismantled The Temporary Traffic Organization For The Time Of Conducting Works, In Accordance With Applicable Provisions. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 1 To Swz, Which Consists Of: A) Project Documentation, B) Number Of Works, C) Technical Specifications, Stwior. 3. The Employer Reserves That By Describing The Subject Of The Contract By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Act, Allows Equivalent Solutions Described, And Such As Such Is Accompanied By Words Or Equivalent Even Despite The Possible Lack Of Return In The Content Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 4. Whenever In This Content Of Swz, In The Scope Regarding The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, There Is A Trademark, Patent Or Origin, Source Or Special Process Characterizing A Specific Product, It Is Assumed That Such An Indication Is Accompanied By The Word Or Equivalent. The Contracting Authority Will Consider The One Who Has The Same Or Better Than The Quality Parameters Described In Swz, And Its Use Will Not Affect The Proper Functioning/Use Of The Assortment For Its Purpose. The Contractor, Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Described By The Contracting Authority, Is Obliged To Show That The Deliveries He Offers Meet The Requirements Set By The Employer And Will Not Cause Additional Costs For Their Use. 5. The Contracting Authority Requires A Minimum Of 60 Months Warranty For The Completed Subject Of The Contract. Detailed Requirements Regarding The Guarantee Have Been Specified In The Proposed Provisions Of The Public Procurement Agreement, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of This Contract, Constituting Annex 3 To Swz.
