1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of Project And Cost Documentation Regarding The Reconstruction Of The Ground Floor Of The District Branch Of The Nbp In Wrocław. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Carried Out In Nw. Stages: 1) Stage I-Implementation Of Pre-Project Works And Necessary Expertise, Possible Modification Of The Conceptual Design And Development Of Project Documentation Including:  Architectural And Construction Design,  Land Development Project (If Required),  Technical Design And Interior Design,  Executive Design In The Field Of Furniture And Movable Equipment,  And Graphic Elements Of The Exhibition And Identification Graphics And Graphic Elements Of The Exhibition And Graphic Elements Visual,  Investor Cost Estimates In All Industries, 2) Stage Ii -A) Submitting An Application Or Applications By The Contractor, Acting On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, To The Lower Silesian Voivodship Conservator Of Monuments In Wrocław For A Final Decision For Conducting Construction Works In The Historic Building Andb) Submitting An Application Or Applications By The Contractor, To The President Of Wrocław (Department Of Architecture And Office. Municipal Wrocław) For A Building Permit Decision,. 3) Stage Iii - Development Of The Remaining Part Of The Project Documentation, As Defined In Point 3 Lit. D-F And H-I Dictionary Specified In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 8 To Swz.4) Stage Iv-Performing Authors Supervision During Works, Carried Out On The Basis Of Project Documentation, Until The Date Of Final Receipt Of The Investment Task Entitled Reconstruction Of The Ground Floor Of The Building Of The District Branch Of The Nbp In Wrocław, On The Principles Set Out In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 2 To The Contract. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Terms And Rules For The Performance Of The Contract Are Specified In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 8 To Swz.4. The Implementation Of The Order Is Associated With Access To Classified Information Marked With The Reserved Clause Within The Meaning Of The Act Of 5 August 2010 On The Protection Of Classified Information (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 632, As Amended), Hereinafter Referred To As The Act On The Protection Of Classified Information. Therefore, The Contractor For The Implementation Of The Contract In The Design Of Technical Security Systems, Including A Burglary And Robbery Signaling System, Must Have: 1) Persons Who Have:- Important Security Certificates Authorizing Access To Classified Information With A Clause At Least Reserved Or Written Authorization To Access Classified Information About The Clause Reserved, Issued In Accordance With Art. 21 Para. 4 Of The Act On The Protection Of Classified Information By The Contractor,- Certificate Of Training In The Field Of Protection Of Classified Information, Conducted In Accordance With Art. 19 Of
