1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Comprehensive Multi -Branch Design Documentation And The Construction Of Two Multi -Family Residential Buildings Together With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure In Tuczno Plot No. 43/1, Rev. 0109 Tuczno, Commune Tuczno, Wałecki Poviat, West Pomeranian Voivodeship. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular: 1) The Implementation Of Comprehensive Multi -Branch Design Documentation, Including The Development Of A Multi -Branch Technical Project To The Extent In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of 11 September 2020 On A Detailed Scope And Form Of A Construction Project (Journal Of Laws 2012.1679), 2) Obtaining All Required Opinions, Arrangements And Permits Necessary For The Construction Of Construction, 3) Making An Effective Notification Of The Completion Of Construction Works And Obtaining An Occupancy Permit, Including The Implementation Of The Energy Characteristics Of Individual Residential Premises. D) The Buildings Are Planned To Locate The Time Of Waste Collection In The Form Of A Hardened, Covered Square.E) For Buildings, All Necessary Connections And Technical Installations Should Be Built, Including Water Supply, Sewage, Rain, Power, Lightning, Lightning And Teletechnical.
