Task A1. The Subject Of The Contract Is To Prepare Draft Decisions On Building Conditions And Decisions On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment In The Commune Of Sulechów In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of July 15, 2024 On The Method Of Determining The Requirements For New Buildings And Land Development In The Absence Of A Local Plan Spatial Development. 2. The Scope Of Services Includes The Preparation Of: A) Task A: Draft Decisions To Determine The Building Conditions - 98 Pieces Of Draft Decisions On Determining The Location Of The Public Purpose Investment - 1 Piece Of Draft Decisions Changing Previously Issued Decisions To Determine The Development Conditions And Draft Decisions To Determine The Location Of The Public Purpose Investment - 1 Item The Contractor Will Be Required To: 1) Receipt From The Contracting Authority, More Than Once A Week. Ordering Party Of Photocopies Or Scans Of Complete Applications For A Decision On Building Conditions, A Decision On Determining The Location Of Public Purpose Investments And Applications For A Change In Previously Issued Decisions On Building Conditions And Decisions On Determining The Location Of The Investment Of Public Purpose, As Well As Photocopies Or Scans Of Other Documents Submitted To The Act Of Proceedings On The Basis Of Applications, Including Positions, Including Positions, Including Institutions; 2) The Deadline For Preparing The Draft Decision Is Each Time 10 Business Days From The Date Of Transfer Of The Contractor To Photocopy A Complete Application For Issuing A Decision, 3) Providing The Contracting Authority Of Decision -Making Decisions In Paper And Electronic Form - In Doc, Docx Or Rtf. 3. The Employer Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers. 4. The Contracting Authority Allows Partial Offers For Any Number Of Parts. 5. The Employer Does Not Provide For The Possibility Of Granting Free -Hand Orders Referred To In Art. 214 Para. 1 Point 7 And 8 Of The Act. 6. The Employer Will Not Choose The Best Offer Using The Electronic Auction. 7. The Contracting Authority Does Not Require Submitting An Offer In The Form Of Electronic Catalogs And Attaching Electronic Catalogs.
