The Subject Of The Contract Is The Ttermomodernization Of The Building Of The Housing Gospodarian Department In Pieszyce As Part Of The Project Entitled Modernization Of Public Buildings In The Pieszyce Commune And The Municipality Of Dzierżoniów. The Thermomodernization Project Includes In Particular: • Insulation Of Building Partitions, Including Floors On The Ground, The Internal Ceiling Above The Basement, The Flat Roof, Insulation Of External Walls And The Execution Of Additional Works Resulting From This Range, • Replacement Of External Door Joinery, • Replacement Of Window Joinery With The Installation Of External Roller Blinds, • Replacement Of The C.O Installation. Along With The Replacement Of The Heat Source With A Ground Heat Pump, • Replacement Of Hot Water Installations, • Construction Of A Solar Installation, • Replacement Of Lighting Fittings For Energy -Saving Led Luminaires, • Execution Of Waterproofing And Drainage Of The Building With Drainage To The Rainwater Drainage System, • Performing Reproductive And Renovation Works Inside And Outside The Building After The Abovementioned Works. In The Event That The Installed Materials And/Or Devices Require Cyclical Warranty Inspections, The Contractor Will Perform Them Free Of Charge As Part Of The Guarantee Granted. The Warranty Also Includes Free Replacement With The Assembly Of Consumables. 2) The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain Current Permits, Arrangements, Technical Conditions Of Connections, Administrative Decisions And Other Documents, Studies And Etc.
