1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Veterinary Services Within 24 Months In The Zoological Garden In Bydgoszcz In The Forest Park Of Culture And Recreation Myślcinek Sp. Z O.O. In Bydgoszcz. 2) The Detailed Scope Of Veterinary Services Provided Includes: A) Regular Control Of Animal Health In The Zoo In Bydgoszcz, Carried Out Once A Week, On The Days Set By The Pages; B) Ongoing Informing The Director Of The Zoo In Bydgoszcz On The State Of Animal Health; C) Treatment Of Animals In The Zoo In Bydgoszcz, D) Performing All Procedures. Veterinary, Sections Of Fallen Animals, Participation In Animals In The Zoological Garden In Bydgoszcz; E) Conducting The Health Prevention Of Animals In The Zoological Garden In Bydgoszcz, Including Vaccinations, Combating Parasites; F) Supervising Pregnancy, Births And Halves Of Females In The Zoological Garden In Bydgoszcz; An Applicator For Asking Anesthetics; H) Ordering, If Necessary, Diagnostic Tests In External Laboratories, After Prior Arrangement With The Management Of The Garden, I) Keeping Mandatory Documentation: • Animal Treatment Books • Section Protocols, • Other Documentation In Case Of Need; J) Constant, Close Cooperation With The Director Of The Zoo And The Designated Coordinator. Veterinary In The Field Of Prevention, Disinfection And The Use Of Vitamin And Mineral Additives For Animals; K) Conducting Periodic Training Of Employees In The Use Of Vitamin Additives And Mineral Preparations And Administering Preparations For Animals; L) Preparation Of An Annual Vaccination Plan, Research And Other Procedures, Adapted To The Applicable Regulations; M) Intervention Provision Of Veterinary Service Animal Rehabilitation Center At Lpkiw Myślcinek .3) The Contractor Undertakes To: A) To Be Available To Provide Veterinary Services In Accordance With The Needs Of The Ordering Party, B) To Appear In The Zoological Garden In Bydgoszcz Or The Animal Rehabilitation Center, In The Case Of The Animal, Each Time After Calling The Functional Employee To Make An Intervention, In Order To Intervene Veterinary, C) In Emergencies Of Intervention On The Day Of The Call And Immediately From The Moment Of Notification (Max Within 2 Hours). This Rule Applies To All Days Of The Week, Including Christmas, Saturdays And Sundays. 4) Animal Treatment Will Be Based On Drugs Secured By The Contractor. 5) Preventive And Disinfectant Procedures Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Funds Secured By The Contractor In Consultation With Lpkiw .6) The Necessary Medicines And The Means Used By The Contractor During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Are Not Covered By The Subject Of This Contract. The Contracting Authority Will Make Their Reimbursement After Their Application. Zoo In Bydgoszcz Or An Animal Rehabilitation Center.
