    The Subject Of The Order Is A Factory Delivery Of A New, Produced No Earlier Than In 2024, A Semi -Operative Piano Of The Master Class For The Needs Of The Statutory Activities Of The Music Academy. Karol Lipiński In Wrocław. The Installation Cannot Be Used Or Constitute A Copy Of The Exhibition. A) The Scope Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of 1 Copy Of The Piano With Additional Equipment (Concert Bench And Cover), B) The Piano Must Be Insured Until The Contractor And The Ordering Party Signing The Acceptance Report, C) The Contractor As Part Of The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Requires 5 Reviews During The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract The Duration Of The Warranty Period (1 Review For 12 Months) In The Scope Of: Outfit Correction, Full Adjustment Of The Mechanism: Hammers, Keyboard Levers And Silencers, As Well As Full -Colored Color Leveling, And The Profile Of Hammers During The Last Review. The Inspections Are Included In The Contractors Remuneration. The Employer Does Not Bear Any Additional Expenses In This Respect.
