The Undertaking, Implemented As Part Of The Priority Program, National Asbestos -Containing Products, Is Co -Financed By The Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Poznań And From The Own Funds Of The Gostyń Commune. 2. The Estimated Amount Of Asbestos -Containing Products For Collection, Loading, Transport And Disposal At The Landfill Of Hazardous Waste Has Been Determined In The Amount Of About 263.00 Mg. The Employer Reserves That The Estimated Amount Of Asbestos Waste Collected May Change (Depending On The Degree Of Submitting Applications By Property Owners With Asbestos, Possible Withdrawal From Participation In Funding, From The Unit Price Indicated By The Contractor In The Offer And Within The Limits Of Funds Allocated For This Purpose). Based On Preliminary Information From Interested Property Owners, In Terms Of Implementation Of Task No. 2, It Is Planned To Collect, Transport And Disposal Of About 53.00 Mg Of Waste Containing Asbestos Until 15.10.2025 4. The Material Scope Of The Order (Task No. 1 And Task No. 2) Includes: - Submitting The Intention To Conduct Works For The Sanitary Inspection, Labor Inspectorate And The Building Supervision Authority, Required In Advance. At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit Copies Of The Submitted Applications Together With Confirmation Of Their Submission To The Abovementioned Bodies, Provided With A Statement Of The Contractor, From Which It Will Show That They Apply To Applications Made As Part Of The Contract- Waste. The Contractor Will Use A Weight With Valid Legalization (With A Lifting Capacity Above 1 Mg And Weighing With An Accuracy Not Less Than To The Third Place After The Decimal In Mg).
