    The Subject Of The Order Is To Prepare Spatial Development Plans In Zdziechowa, Gniezno Commune In Accordance With Resolution No. Xv/120/2025 Of The Gniezno Commune Council Of 25 April 2025 On Joining The Local Spatial Development Plan Of The Gniezno Commune Together With The Necessary Studies Required By Special Provisions. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 7 To Swzzakres, The Order Includes: The Preparation Of Local Spatial Development Plans In Zdziechowa, The Gniezno Commune, In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular In Accordance With: A) The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item And Technology Of December 8, 2023 On The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing Extracts And Extract From It (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2758), C) By The Act Of 3 October 2008 On Providing Information On The Environment And Its Protection, The Participation Of Society In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments (Journal Of Laws Of 2024 , Item 1112, As Amended), D) The Requirements Contained In The Laws And Separate Provisions Relating To The Subject Of The Contract And Planning And Spatial Development, Environmental Protection, Nature, Monuments, Water Law, Protection Of Forest And Agricultural Land, Revitalization, Etc. And The Protection Of Personal Data. The Removal Was Divided Into 2 Parts. The Total Area Of ​​The Study Of All Parts Is About 34.40 Ha. The Area For The First Part Of The Order Is 20.15 Ha.
