Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Supply Of High -Man -Type Natural Gas From The Lng Regasification Station For The Primary School In Bierutów And The City Kindergarten In Bierutów

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Comprehensive Supply Of High -Man -Type Natural Gas From The Lng Regasification Station For The Primary School In Bierutów. The Subject Of The Contract Includes A Comprehensive Delivery Of Natural Gas Group E From The Lng Regasification Station To The Building Of The Primary School In Bierutów At Ul. Krasińskiego 3. Gas Delivery Is To Be Carried Out On The Basis Of A Contract Concluding The Provisions Of The Sales Agreement And The Agreement For The Provision Of Gas Transmission Or Distribution Services (Comprehensive Agreement). 3. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract: 1) Place Of Supply And Collection Of Gas Fuel: Primary School In Bierutów, Ul. Krasińskiego 3, 56-420 Bierutów; 2) Fuel Will Be Used At One Collection Point For Heating Utility Rooms Located In The School Building And Sports Hall In Bierutów And Domestic Hot Water Preparation, The Heat Generated Will Be Used Only For The Needs Of The School And The Sports Hall; 3) Fuel Will Be Delivered From The Lng Regasization Located On Plot No. 72/2 Am 22, Bierutów Precinct. Filling The Station And Supply Of Fuel On The Terms Of The System Operator; 4) Type Of Gas Receiver: Two Gas Boilers Of The Central Heating/C.W.U. With A Total Power Of 875 Kw, Of Which: A) One Boiler With A Power Of 510 Kw, B) The Other Boiler With A Power Of 365 Kw; 5) Type Of Gas Fuel: High-Stem Gas According To The Pn-C-04750: 2011, Symbol E; 6) Forecasted Gas Consumption During The Contract Is About 760,000 Kwh (66 700 M3). For The Purposes Of Preparing The Offer, The Estimated Demand Is Determined At 760,000 Kwh; 7) Contractual Power - 711 Kwh/H8) The Estimated Demand For Gas Fuel In 2025/2026 Was Determined On The Basis Of Planned Gas Consumption And Invoices From The Last 12 Months; 9) Estimated Demand Is Only Used To Compare Offers And In No Case Is The Ordering Of The Commissioning Of Gas Given Quantity. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim For Not Collecting The Expected Amount Of Gas Fuel During The Contract. A Possible Change In Estimated Consumption Will Not Result In Additional Costs For The Employer, Except For The Settlement For The Actually Used Amount Of Gas; 10) The Contracting Authority Is Exempt From Paying Excise Duty Pursuant To Art. 31B Para. 2 Point 4 Of The Act On Excise Tax (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 126, As Amended). 4. Requirements Regarding The Implementation Of The Order: 1) Delivery Of Gas Fuel Will Take Place On The Conditions Set Out In The Energy Law And Civil Code As Well As Executive Provisions Issued On Their Basis; 2) The Contractor Will Deliver During The Period Of The Agreement Of The Agreement With Natural Gas In An Amount Corresponding To The Actual Demand Of The Contracting Authority Regardless Of The Estimated Forecast Of Its Consumption. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim For Non -Benefit Or The Collection Of More Gas By The Ordering Party Than Stated In The Expected Forecast; 3) The Supplied Gas Fu
