Engineering Services - Advisory Engineer And Supervisor Services In The Implementation Of The Reconstruction, Control And Annexation Of The Velenje Health Center. The Subject Of The Procurement Is A Professional Review (Audit) Of The Project Documentation Of The Pzi Phase And The Provision Of A Consulting Engineer And Supervisors Service In The Implementation Of The Reconstruction, Control And Annexation Of The Velenje Health Center, Including Equipment. Within The Framework Of The Works, The Selected Contractor Must Carry Out A Professional Examination (Audit) Of All Sets Of Project Documentation Of The Pzi Phase With A Competent Staff. The Project Documentation Will Be Handed Over To The Audit Upon Introduction To The Work. The Selected Supervisor Will Perform The Engineers Service After The White Fidic Book, And Construction Work Will Be Carried Out According To The Red Fidic Book. Professional Supervision Will Be Carried Out Under The Construction Law. The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes Financial Supervision And Other Tasks. The Scope Of The Required Services Is More Precisely Defined In Chapter Xxi. The Offer Must Cover The Provision Of All Services. The Contracting Authority Shall Carry Out The Contract In The Part Of The Implementation Of The Services Of An Advisory Engineer And Supervisor, Which Are Related To The Goi Part Performance Phase, Subject To The Deferral Condition. The Suspensive Condition Will Be Fulfilled If The Contracting Authority Of The Municipality Of Velenje Signs The Implementation Contract For The Implementation Of The Goi Works For The Reconstruction, Control And Incidence Of The Tract A Health Center Velenje. The Contracting Authority Will Notify The Contracting Deadline For The Submission Of The Contract For The Execution Of The Goi Part And The Scheduled Start Of The Implementation Of This Contract, After The Final Decision On The Award Of The Contract For The Goi Work. If The Suspensive Condition Is Not Fulfilled, The Contracting Authority Will Reduce The Contractual Scope Of The Works By Terminating The Implementation Of The Entire Services Of The Advisor And The Supervisor, Which Are Related To The Goi Part Performance Phase. Under The Suspensive Condition, Only Part Of The Contract Relates To The Service Of An Advisory Engineer And Supervisor, Which Is Related To The Goi Delivery Phase. Part Of The Contract Relating To The Auditing Of The Project Documentation Of The Pzi Phase Will Be Submitted Without A Termination Condition. If The Suspensive Condition Is Not Fulfilled By 1. 12. 2026, The Contract In The Part Relating To The Performance Of The Services Under The Postpartuming Condition Shall Automatically Divorce. The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Withdraw From The Contract Without Any Obligations To The Contractor, If It Will Expertly And Objectively Decide That The Investment Cannot Be Carried Out Until The Extreme Deadline For Implementation, Ie Until 15. 2027.
