    Technical Computer Support Services - Provision Of Technical Assistance Services, Purchase Of A License Subscription With Products And Support Services Contained In The Subscription And Purchase Of Software With The Number Of Transactions For Webmethods Enterprise Service Bus Ibm Software. 3 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 2 To Swz. 3. The Rules For The Performance Of The Contract Were Set Out In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 6 To Swz. 4. Common Dictionary Of Order Cpv: 72611000-6-Technical Support Services. 5. The Contracting Authority Provides For The Right Of The Option In The Following Range: 1) Purchase Of An Additional Number Of Software Transactions Listed In Annex 2 To Opz. 2) In The Event Of A Need For An Optional Order For The Contracting Authority, The Contracting Authority Shall Submit An Application In Writing, Which Will Be Implemented By The Contractor Within 30 Days From The Date Of Submitting The Application. The Use Of An Optional Order May Take Place By The Contracting Authority Once Submitted The Application Or Multiple (Partial Optional Order). 3) The Detailed Scope Of The Option Of The Option Has Been Described In Annex 2 To The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 4) The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Covered By The Option Of Options To The Extent That The Employer Will Exercise Its Right. The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Exercise The Right Of Options. Failure By The Ordering Party By The Right Of The Right Options Is Not A Basis For The Contractor For Any Claims In This Respect. 5) The Parties Agree That The Contractors Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Within The Scope Of The Options Covered By The Law, Unless The Provisions Of The Contract Do Not Follow, Will Take Place On The Same Conditions As The Implementation Of The Basic Part Of The Subject Of The Contract In This Respect.
