Tenders are invited for Technical Supervisor. The Guidance and Training Center (GTC) is seeking qualified candidates to apply for the position of Technical Supervisor. Requirements: · Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical supervision. · Holder of a Masters or PhD degree in Psychology or a related field. · Strong expertise in supervision within psychosocial, MHPSS, or related contexts. · Excellent communication and mentoring skills. · Ability to demonstrate the following in supervision practice: o Support: Motivate and encourage supervisees; ensure they are heard and comfortable. o Trust: Create a safe professional environment; provide appropriate self-disclosure to support a bi-directional relationship. o Respect: Give and receive constructive feedback with supervisees. o Time: Dedicate sufficient time for supervision; provide developmentally appropriate feedback. o Investment: Set clear expectations at the start of the relationship; fulfil placement requirements; adapt approaches to suit supervisee development level. Contract Details: · The contract will be based on an hourly rate. · The rate should be inclusive of all applicable taxes.
