    Information And Promotion Products - Supply Of Promotional Material For The University Of Maribor. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Promotional Material For The University Of Maribor In Accordance With The Needs Of The Individual Clients Referred To In Annex 1. The Purchase Of Promotional Material Includes The Touch Of The Logo Of The University Of Maribor (Individual Subscriber) Or The Sign, Logo Or Inscription In Accordance With Each Needs Of Each Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority Will Conclude A Framework Agreement With A Maximum Of Eight (8) Tenderers Who Will Meet All The Conditions Laid Down In The Jn Documentation And Will Offer The Lowest Tender Value Of All Items From The Tender Pro Forma Invoice (In Eur Vat). The Indicative Agreements Are Concluded For A Period Of Four (4) Years. The Contracting Authority (Individual Contracting Authority) Will Order The Goods From The Tender Pro Forma Invoice, With The Touch Of A Logo With The Tenderer Who Will Offer The Lowest Value For Each Item (In Eur Vat) From The Parties To The Bidder In The Tender Pro Forma Invoice. In The Case Of An Order Of Another Type Of Goods (Ie, Which Is Not Defined In The Tender Pro Forma Invoice Or Has No Identical Technical Specifications), With The Contact Of The Logo, The Contracting Authority Will Open Up The Competition Between Tenderers Who Will Be Recognized With The Competence And Which Will Conclude A Framework Agreement, In The Manner In Which It Stems In More Detail From The Procurement Documents.
