    Parts Of Machinery For Mining, Quarrying And Construction - Delivery Of Factory New Spare Parts For Suspended Locomotives With Combustion -Based Dz 80 Working In Underground Mining Plants Extracting Hard Coal In Rooms At Risk Of Methane And Carbon Dust Explosion. 1. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Supply Of Factory New Spare Parts To Suspended Locomotives With Combustion Drive Of The Dz 80 Working In Underground Mining Plants Extracting Hard Coal In Rooms At Risk Of Methane And Coal Dust Explosion. 2. The Employer Reserves The Right To Freely Select Individual Spare Parts That He Will Order As Part Of The Contract Concluded With The Contractor. 3. The Employer Provides Simulated Amounts Of Spare Parts Based On Estimated Amounts Of Planned For Purchase (Annex 4 To Swz - Basic Price List). In Other Positions, The Number Of 1 Pc. (Annex 4 To Swz - Additional Price List). These Quantities Were Given Only For The Purposes Of Assessing Individual Offers. The Actual Number Of Deliveries Of Parts, Components And Materials Implemented On The Basis Of A Future Contract Concluded With The Selected Contractor Will Result From The Current Demand Of The Ordering Party, With The Total Net Value Of The Spare Parts, Components And Materials Ordered By The Contracting Authority May Not Exceed The Maximum Value Of The Net Contract For The Entire Duration Of Its Duration Or May Not Be Lower Than 30 % Of The Maximum Net Value Of The Net. The Maximum Value Of The Net Contract Is Equal To The Net Value Of The Offer In Terms Of The Basic Price List. The Contract Will Be Concluded For A Definite Period For A Period Of 24 Months From The Date Of The Contract. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Part Iii Swz. 5. The Order In Question Is A Sectoral Order Within The Meaning Of Art. 7 Point 35) Of The Pzp Act.
