The University Hospital Ghent Wishes To Implement A Bluetooth Low Energy (Ble)-Based Asset Tracking System For The Real-Time Location, Management Of Medical And Nursing Devices, Non-Medical Equipment And Other Critical Assets Through All Buildings And Facilities Within The Hospital Campus. The Assignment Includes The Complete Implementation And Management Of The Solution, In Particular: • The Delivery And Installation Of Ble-Tags On Various Devices Such As Infusion Pumps, Wheelchairs, Hospital Beds, Monitors, Etc. For Measuring The Location, Temperature And Movements; With Accompanying Disposables (Including Batteries). • Technically Facilitating The Standard Connectivity Via The Wi-Fi Access Points Of The Hospital. In Zones With Insufficient Network Density, The Offer Must Provide For Extra Mobile Or Fixed Ble Amplifiers For A More Accurate Location. • The Configuration Of Software For Visualization, Reporting And Analysis Of Device Use. • The Seamless Integration Of The Proposed Solution With The Identified Systems For Asset Management And Data And Process Optimization. • The Training Of The Uz Staff Involved. • A License Or Maintenance Contract. In Particular Cutlery That Will Only Be Delivered To The Selected Candidates In The Next Phase Of The Placement Procedure, Among Other Things, The Following Minimal Requirements And Capital Gains Will Be Included: • The Proposed Ble Tags Must Have A Minimum Battery Time Of 5 Years, Based On A Standard Broadcast Interval Of 30 Seconds. • The Platform Provides: O A Dashboard For Live Tracking O Alarms And Reports In Deviations O Integrations With Existing Systems (Including Sap And Fmis) O Mobile App For Location Follow -Up • The Solution Must Be Scalable And Designed With Care -Specific Requirements In Thought. • The Solution Must Balance Technical Refinement With Ease Of Use, Whereby A Seamless Integration With The Hospital Systems Such As Sap And Fmim Is Stored. The Real-Time Location System (= Rtls System) Can Contribute To Various Process Optimizations In This Way. The System Must Provide Smooth Insight Into Available Data, Such As Asset Inventory, Peak Use, Movement History, Alert Reports And Others. • The Solution Must Integrate Seamlessly With Existing Infrastructure While Providing A Future -Proof Platform For Expansion. • The Portal Application Must Be Smoothly Accessible To All Employees On Different Devices And This In A Responsive Way.
