The Construction Project Includes Minor Demolition, New Partition Walls, Painting, New Lighting And Electrical, Hvac And Plumbing Upgrades, And Minimal Structural Work. Service Runs Also Include Work In The Mechanical And Electrical Rooms On Level 1 And Hvac Routing Through The Food Preparation And Kitchen Area On Level 2.
