    Work Detail

    The Acquisition Focuses On Event Production Services For The City Of Tornio And Its Subsidiaries. The Responsibility For Organizing Events Is In The City Organization With The Cultural, Youth And Sports Services Unit, Which Is Responsible For Cultural Activities, Youth Activities, Civic College Activities And Sports Services. Other City Group Units Can Also Acquire Event Production With This Agreement If Necessary. Acquisition Is A Service Procurement In Accordance With Annex Es Annex E. For The Framework Arrangement, Suppliers Are Selected As Follows:-Sub-Area 1 Small Events: 1-3 Supplier-Section 2 Large Events: 1-3 Supplier Provider May Submit An Offer And In One Or In Each Area. The Sub-Offices In The Sub-Areas Are Not Approved. The Provider May Be Selected As A Framework Contract Supplier For One Or In Each Area. The Acquisition Unit Does Not Have A Quantity Purchase Obligation And The Contract Does Not Provide The Service Providers Exclusive Rights To Carry Out The Procurement. All Information On The Value And Procurement Volumes In The Procurement Documents Are Non-Binding Assessments Of The Contracting Entity.
