    The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Implementation Of Public Bus Transport Of Passengers On Lines From The Regional Transport Scheme, A Quota Of The Municipality Of Bratsigovo According To The Approved Route Schedules By The Regional Governor Of Pazardzhik District. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Should Be Carried Out In Full Compliance With: The Routes Described In Detail In The Technical Specification. Rules For Subsidizing Carriers That Carry Out The Transportation Of Passengers On Unprofitable Bus Lines To The Settlements From The Regional Transport Scheme From The Quota Of The Municipality Of Bratsigovo The Mechanism For Management And Distribution Of Subsidies For Excessive Passenger Transport From District Transport Scheme From The Bratsigovo Municipality Quota Public Transportation Of Passengers By Buses According To Approved Transport Schemes On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria Can Be Carried Out By Natural And Legal Persons Registered As Traders Who Hold A License For Carrying Out The Transport Of Passengers On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria Or A License Of The Community And Other Documents Required By The Ministry Of Transport. Transport On The Bus Lines From The Regional Transport Scheme Is Carried Out On Approved Route Scheduled Rights To Receive Subsidies For Transportation On Long -Distance Bus Lines Have All The Carriers With Which The Municipality Of Bratsigovo Has Concluded Contracts That Meet The Requirements Of Regulation No 1370/2007. Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 23 October 2007, On Public Services For Passenger Transport For Rail And Road Transport And For Cancellation Of Regulations (Eec) No 1191/1969 And (Eec) No 1107/1970 Of The Council.
